Idaho is a Rocky Mountain state with abundant natural resources, scenic areas, and profound geographic diversity. It is the fourteenth largest state in terms of land size and stretches nearly 500 miles between its northern border with Canada and its southern border with Nevada and Utah. Idaho shares its western border with Washington and Oregon and its eastern border with Montana and Wyoming.

While our firm’s office is located in the heart of downtown Boise, the State capital and largest city in Idaho, Moore Elia Kraft & Stacey represents national, regional and local clients in all seven of Idaho’s judicial districts and in all four divisions of the U.S. Federal District Court. Our attorneys are licensed to practice before all of Idaho’s state and federal courts and also before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
