A civil litigation and trial firm that proudly represents clients all over the state of Idaho.
Idaho is a Rocky Mountain state with abundant natural resources, scenic areas, and profound geographic diversity. It is the fourteenth largest state in terms of land size and stretches nearly 500 miles between its northern border with Canada and its southern border with Nevada and Utah. Idaho shares its western border with Washington and Oregon and its eastern border with Montana and Wyoming.
While our firm’s office is located in the heart of downtown Boise, the State capital and largest city in Idaho, Moore Elia & Kraft represents national, regional and local clients in all seven of Idaho’s judicial districts and in all four divisions of the U.S. Federal District Court. Our attorneys are licensed to practice before all of Idaho’s state and federal courts and also before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Moore Elia & Kraft attorneys are members of the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
The firm’s partners who are eligible for a ranking with Martindale-Hubbell, the national authority on ranking attorneys based on peer and client reviews, have received the highest ranking of “AV Preeminent.” Moore Elia & Kraft & also dedicates a great deal of time providing pro bono representation to guardians ad litem in child protection cases. In 2012, 2016 and again in 2019, the Fourth District Bar Association selected Moore Elia & Kraft as the recipient of the Excellence in Pro Bono and Community Service award.
